Dear Jess,
This document outlines the terms of contract of employment proposed by:
MAMO GROUP PTY LTD Name of employee: Jessica Van Velzen Position: Sales Support Commencement date: 13/8/24 Location You will be primarily based at our Head office at 106a Rundle Street. Kent Town Hours of Work 24 Hours per Week Casual for 3 months starting 13/8/24. Position to be reviewed 13/11/24 Generally start at 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 30 Minute Lunch. Some after-hours work may be required and time taken in lieu. Remuneration 24 hours per week x $25.00 per hour You will also receive a mobile phone with voice and data account. You will also receive an Intel based notebook for business and personal use. (Remains the property of Mamo Group Pty Ltd) Pay period is weekly, paid into your account on Wednesday each week. Overtime is not paid; time may be taken in lieu by arrangement.

Responsibilities / Duties
1. Put together all the essential 8 cyber audits reports that need to be done
2. Help to present to customers and price.
3. Put together Tender response for GPN, and put together tender response documents for future tenders. Set up State Tech ability to respond
4. Put together new process for billing and helpdesk
5. Sort out integration with 3cx and help desk product.
6. Work on cyber strategy and Partner strategy.

Probationary Period Casual Position will be reviewed in 3 months for potential permanent position
Termination It is a requirement for this position, that 1 weeks’ notice of termination of employment be given by either party, with the exception of taking on a position with a competitive organisation in which instant termination will be effective forthwith with one (1) weeks’ notice only.(as ruled by the Australian Fair Works)
